Voucher PIN Not Working

On this page (5 sections)
Few things are more disappointing than hoping for an exciting night at the casino, only to have your 1voucher PIN rejected. But panic is not the right response. Most PIN errors fall into three buckets: wrong PIN entry, voucher already used or expired, or a deposit timeout where the balance does not update. If you lose your money or delay your fun, you do so by escalating badly.
The Simplest Failures are Input Errors
The good news is that numbers are one of the things humans get wrong. The bad news is that voucher terminals do not always feedback an obvious error: 1voucher's own support page states that an error message can appear when a valid PIN is not entered correctly. Expecting error messages to all say "invalid PIN" is naive.
In the real world, people enter the wrong voucher type and confirm the wrong numbering, casino-time distractions and third-party chat noise making it worse. Even if you are sure the card is unused and checks out, double-check you are at the right cashier for the voucher type.
Both OTT and Blu vouchers define voucher statuses and make it clear that the systems do not flag temporary errors for indefinite retry. If you see an "error" message, do not blindly punch in the number again -- check the voucher against the service status.
Check Whether the Voucher Still Exists as Value
When you are sure you punched in the right numbers, the value may simply be gone—OTT voucher terms point out that expired vouchers are not redeemable and a wallet balance associated with an expired or forfeited voucher is not recoverable. Once a voucher is marked as redeemed or expired, that status is final.
Do not buy a replacement voucher until the status of the first one is confirmed, and never share the PIN with third parties who offer to check it for you.
Use the Issuer’s Support Path Before Retrying Blindly
Throughout this advice, one consistency stands out: your issuer knows what's up. Casino support can see your deposit attempt, but only the issuer can confirm the voucher itself.
Start from first principles. Even if you suspect the casino closed early or did not process, ensure the 1voucher PIN itself is still valid. 1Voucher support advise contacting their call center to verify details. The 1voucher PIN is valid for 3 years, so you may need to rediscover the details from when you purchased. 1Voucher's advice states that voucher details can be checked in the 1Voucher app’s transaction history as well.
For OTT voucher, OTT voucher support lists multiple contact options: a call number is available, along with WhatsApp and email.
If the Deposit Timed Out, the System May Still Need a Status Check
If a casino cashier accepts the voucher but you do not see the balance update, the system may be running a timeout check rather than immediately flagging a rejected redemption. A redemption request can time out and the system may need to run a status check to determine whether the voucher was actually redeemed.
Almost any casino will have a resolution path for a missing balance. Proper documentation will remember your timing and provide you with a till slip listing your deposit, not just the error message.
Casino Support or Voucher Issuer
There is no single fix that works at every casino. A timeout is a system-side issue for the casino to trace, while an expired or used voucher is a question for the issuer.
Currently, everything is still in motion, but you should be confident that casino support can resolve timing issues, while you need to verify—and often recover—with the two endpoints that print and upload the voucher details: the issuer and the app where you made the transaction.
The most important thing to remember is that you should not panic if a 1voucher PIN is not working. By being calm and methodical, you can troubleshoot the issue and prevent losing your money or delaying your fun.
